The lot includes a complex and articulated (inactive) plant for the treatment of caseification whey, here blow described:
- Plant (year of construction 2011) for the treatment of whey, provided by the company REDA, with the reverse osmosis for the treatment of water for industrial use and specifically for the dairy industry.
- Alpma membrane plant and Creamprot production plant (year of construction 2012), capable of doing various serum filtration, for the production of food supplements.
- Refrigeration system (year of construction 2021), composed of 1050 Kw refrigeration unit and ancillary systems which are supplied by ZUDECK s.r.l.
- n. 20 vertical isochilled tanks and n. 16 tank formwork (year of construction 2021).
-Electric/hydraulic plant realised for the whey-milk processing line and composed, as an example but not limited to, by:
Water plant, mechanical connections, compressed air plant, steam distribution system, distribution manifolds, downpipes connection to users, condensate distribution system, cold water distribution system, distribution manifolds, downpipes connection to users, drinking water distribution system, distribution manifolds, downspouts and branches, main brackets, thermal power plant, complementary supplies, receiving and transforming booths, variations on cabins, electric panels, power factor correction, trunk gangways, trunk cables, water plant plants, thermal plant plants, compressed air plant plants, refrigeration plant plants, flame barriers.
