The written offer "Irrevocable Purchase Proposal", drawn up exclusively in accordance with the specific format, must be received by 12 January 2021 at 12:00 a.m.

In the event of multiple offers, a competitive sale procedure will be arranged between all interested bidders, which will take place at the office of the notary in charge starting at 11:00 a.m. on 15 January 2021.
